Wij van TakandBand speelden onze muziek in Engeland, Ierland, Spanje en Portugal en mochten veel bijval en applaus ontvangen!
Van mei t/m juli ’25 was TakandBand in intieme bezetting (Pieter en Mirjam) op Europese vakantietournee door Engeland, Ierland, Spanje en Portugal.
Bestaande vriendschappen werden onderhouden én er werden veel nieuwe vriendschappen gesloten. Wat ook tot veel foto’s, filmpjes en mooie feedback leidde.

TakandBand speelt zondagmiddag 14-09-2025 tijdens het Muziektuinen festival in Castricum. Kom je luisteren? Zet het in je agenda!
Zondagmiddag 14 september speelt TakandBand als onderdeel van het Muziektuinen festival in Castricum. Al sinds 2021 wordt dit festival georganiseerd, met overal live muziek in de -hopelijk zonnige- tuinen van Castricum en Bakkum.
Wanneer: zondagmiddag 14-09-25; speeltijden: 14:00, 15:00 en 16:00.
Waar: we zijn deze 5e editie te gast bij de familie Stet, Beverwijkerstraatweg 60, Castricum

TakandBand zoekt versterking van verschillende muzikanten. Heb je interesse in de 100% eigen songs van de band en wil je mee opnemen en optreden? Neem dan contact op!
TakandBand zoekt een violist, saxofonist en/of pedal steel instrumentalist voor het opnemen van nieuwe songs en voor optredens in en buiten Brabant. Ben je, of ken je, een muzikant die past? Dan horen we heel graag van je!
Over TakandBand
TakandBand is een band rondom de songs van singer-songwriter Pieter Tak uit Breda. De band maakt songs over wat er speelt in de wereld, over ‘lief’ en over ‘leed’. TakandBand speelt en produceert 100% eigen muziek.
We repeteren tweewekelijks en treden periodiek op, in en buiten Brabant.
Dat doen we omdat we graag spelen voor publiek dat komt om te luisteren; dat doen we niet vanuit financiële motivatie.
Voortdurend werken we aan opnames (in eigen beheer) van nieuwe songs.

Natuurlijk is het fijn als je kort wat over jezelf en je muziekvaardigheden vertelt. We werken niet met volledig uitgeschreven partituren, zoeken juist naar creatieve eigen inbreng. En die mag ook anders zijn dan wat je nu in de reeds opgenomen songs hoort.

Een lied over de zichtbare en ook onzichtbare werkers die het voor elk van ons mogelijk maken dat we leven zoals we leven.
Na Laura Comes Home en Toes alweer de derde song waar we in samenwerking met studenten van BUas Breda een songclip bij maakten.
