02-07-23 TakandBand @ Gluren bij de Buren

TakandBand speelt zondagmiddag 02-07-2023 bij Gluren bij de Buren in Breda. Optredens vinden plaats in de buitenlucht en het publiek wandelt van huis naar huis om verschillende acts te zien. TakandBand is erbij…kom je ook?

Op zondag 2 juli veranderen in heel Nederland een heleboel tuinen in podia! Gluren bij de Buren is een amateurkunstenfestival dat in 2023 in 44 gemeenten verspreid over Nederland plaatsvindt. Optredens duren +/- 30 minuten en zijn verdeeld over alle wijken van de gemeente.

In Breda is ook TakandBand weer van de partij! De band verzorgt meerdere korte optredens deze middag op een vaste locatie. Het publiek wandelt of fietst tussen de huizen & tuinen; goed voor de beweging én een mooie kans om verschillende bands en muzikanten te beluisteren.

Waar: Gluren bij de Buren, Breda. We zijn te gast bij Carla en Rens Boschman aan de Tilburgseweg 47, Breda.

Wanneer: zondagmiddag 02-07-23 tussen 13:30 en 17:00.

TakandBand speelt drie keer een wisselende set van ong. 30 minuten. Bij benadering: 13:45 – 15:15 – 16:45.

Erbij zijn? Optreden is gratis toegankelijk, je hoeft je niet vooraf aan te melden. Kijk voor extra info op de website van Gluren bij de Buren.

TakandBand komt bij je thuis: huiskamerconcert

TakandBand gaf een huiskamerconcert voor medewerkers van Avans. Zij maakten een Ontmoetingsreis door Breda, op bezoek bij ‘markante Bredase personen’…

Een echt huiskamerconcert! Afgelopen woensdag waren we onder de vlag van de Avans Ontmoetingsreis ‘te gast’ in eigen huis…namelijk in de huiskamer van Pieter en Mirjam!

Voor een groep geïnteresseerde medewerkers van Avans Hogeschool speelden we een set van oudere en nieuwere songs, waaronder het gloednieuwe Love Can Tell.

Deze intieme huiskamersetting gaf Pieter mooie gelegenheid om de aanleiding voor, of betekenis van, sommige songs toe te lichten. We kregen directe feedback van de luisteraars, die ook gelegenheid hadden om vragen te stellen over songwriting, over de achtergronden van de bandleden en over samen muziek maken.

Superleuk om te doen, hele leuke reacties en…dat smaakt wat ons betreft naar meer!

We komen graag bij je thuis, voor een intiem huiskamerconcert. En natuurlijk mag het ook wat grootschaliger…hoe meer muziekvrienden hoe meer vreugd!

Vakantietour door het Iberisch schiereiland

Net als vorig jaar tourden Pieter en Mirjam afgelopen mei en juni door Spanje en Portugal. Onderweg deden ze verschillende campings aan, waar natuurlijk live muziek werd gemaakt. En wie het muzikaal prettig vond, schoof gemoedelijk aan; met of zonder eigen instrument.

Traditiegetrouw vierden Pieter en Mirjam in de maanden mei en juni wederom vakantie in Spanje en Portugal.

Net als vorig jaar bezochten zij verschillende steden, dorpen en campings. O.a. werden als grotere steden Madrid, Toledo en Lissabon aangedaan, maar vooral zochten ze de kleinere gemeentes en campings op. De zon achterna…die in Spanje en Portugal nooit ver te zoeken is.

En wat doe je dan, als muzikantenduo binnen Tak&Band? Optreden natuurlijk!

In een heerlijk gemoedelijke sfeer werd op verschillende locaties het meegenomen instrumentarium opgesteld en gaven Pieter en Mirjam mini-concertjes. Bij de tent, bij het restaurant, op het gezamenlijke plein en ja, ook bij het kampvuur. Wie het muzikaal aangenaam vond, schoof een stoel aan en genoot van een gratis luisterconcert.

Dit leidde tevens, op meerdere plekken, tot samenspelen met eveneens vakantievierende -tot voor kort onbekende- collega-muzikanten. Want: muziek verbroedert!

Het bleef nog lang muzikaal gezellig op de camping…

Pieter maakte een korte sfeerimpressie:

Het weer is boven verwachting goed met dagen van meer dan dertig graden. We hebben een avondje voor de tent gespeeld, met goede belangstelling…
