Deze song ontstond uit een droom waarin vriend Ed Ottevanger langskwam. Ed en ik deelden in de jaren ’70/’80 onze interesses en zeker onze liefde voor muziek.

Met ons bandje ‘Attic’ gingen we optreden en Hans de Vos speelde basgitaar. We wilden muziek van eigen hand brengen en er zouden nog vele formaties volgen onder die naam.

Tijdens ons werkzame leven verwaterde stilaan het contact om na jaren weer op te bloeien. Verdrietig genoeg eindigde de levensweg van Ed al in november 2019.
